Boss Up! Entrepreneurial Mindset for Employees

An entrepreneurial spirit is not just for entrepreneurs. What if individual employees and teams shifted to an intrapreneurial mindset (employees operating with an entrepreneurial mentality) instead of living in a rerun of The Office? It is not enough to simply do what we are told. It is required that we do what we are capable of to build our empires.

In this interactive and engaging workshop, we will explore how adopting an entrepreneurial mindset transforms the workplace narrative, provides a sense of ownership and empowerment for employees leading to improved customer satisfaction and increased profits for employers.

Here is what a 75-minute session might look like:

Introduction/Ice Breaker — 10 minutes
Presentation — 20 minutes
Group Exercise — 20 minutes
Breakout Rooms — 15 minutes
Group Discussion/Q&A — 10 minutes

My Background

Kelli Wingo is a corporate entrepreneurial culture evangelist, leadership development strategist, fire-starter, and lover of laughter, who has a passion to help people inside and outside of Corporate America excavate the greatness within themselves. She serves as the Founder/Chief Vision & Strategy Officer of KMW Catalyst, a leadership development consultancy dedicated to transforming the business experience into the human experience.

After having spent decades on the corporate side of Financial Services, Kelli found herself a tragically disengaged employee who then transformed into an intrapreneur (employee operating with an entrepreneurial mindset) and is now an entrepreneur. As a result of this journey, Kelli uniquely identifies with the mindset evolution associated with ownership and innovation through the power of the human experience. She takes an engaging, energetic, and at times humorous approach to questioning assumptions, eradicating limiting beliefs, and conquering business challenges.

Kelli’s thought leadership is seen in Forbes, CEO World, Thrive Global, Addicted2Success, Medium, The Good Men Project, and LinkedIn.
