Nick Holton Ph.D.

Enhance performance and satisfaction by replacing multi-tasking (which the brain can't do) with uni-tasking.

This session will guide participants through a bit of the science and a lot of tips and tricks around uni-tasking. It is only through deep focus and engagement that we can be our most effective and productive selves and businesses. Yet, many believe “multi-tasking” (i.e. dealing with emails, office interruptions, smart phones and other distractors) allows us to get more done. We’ll spend this session disrupting that myth and learning the tiggers and strategies for peak performance and cognitive engagement that can give you and your team a renewed sense of accomplishment, freedom and an overall healthier, more synergistic way of living.
